Growing up in Milwaukee, WI I started looking for properties as a kid. After learning the industry for a few years I put together my first duplex investment deal when I was 16 years old. At this point I became very interested in the ability to make money by analyzing numbers and markets.
I spent the next few years researching and learning before I continued the growth of my company. I created a network of investors, bank, brokers, and contractors in Milwaukee which allowed me to quickly and efficiently put deals together. During that first year of real growth I closed on 12 units with an average Cap. rate of 14%. Since then I have continued with the same business model and have grown to a total of 27 units with plans to reach 100 units in the Milwaukee area by the end of 2012.
Recently I have begun works of a creating a residential brokerage and management company. Our office is currently under construction and plan on launching on August 15th 2011. We will be starting with 5 full time brokers with projections of reaching 30 by the end of 2011.
Three years of residential real estate investment and management.
I expect to reach 100 residential units by the end of 2012. I also plan to exceed 30 real estate agents within Kral Real Estate by the end of 2011.
