Purchased my first rental 4 years ago. Second Rental 2 years ago. Flipped a house (double closing) Sep. 2012.
Real Estate Goals
Financial Freedom by 2017 via investments made in passive income properties, managed by someone else other than me. My plan is to create the money for this goal via short term methods like wholesaling, rehabing, etc.
