I work out of Manhattan and focus mainly on Westchester County NY and I am also an out-of-state investor in Atlanta, Indianapolis, and KC areas. I use some buy-hold strategies and look to "flip" other properties based on what the market dictates. I have been involved in real estate for about 2 years now and am loving it!
