I am in the beginning stages of real estate investing and I am getting my feet wet by looking into wholesaling. I am trying to network with others who have personal experience wholesaling and who I can learn from.

I have recently established my LLC and gathered all that I need to begin my business including contracts, investors and enough knowledge to feel comfortable moving forward.

My goal at this momment is to complete my first wholesale and use that experience to fuel many more deals.

I eventually want to experience all that Real Estate Investing has to offer. I plan to dabble in rehabbing, rentals and maybe even Commercial Real Estate.

Im currently seeking my first deal :)
