Currently Seeking

Off-Market Class A apartments, notes etc. Also some industrial and office. TX, GA, NC, TN, AZ, NV, FL, some west coast. We buy unleveraged and can move very quickly on items of interest. Deal size - generally $5M and up - no deal is to big. The Venture has $1B+ of discretionary funds. We do not buy broken condo's. We will buy unfinished developments and complete them.
