I am a real estate agent/investor. I specialize in wholesaling properties. I am also affiliated w/a property management company and can provide those services as well. I have been licensed since 2007. I have been a real estate investor since 2011. I also have a background in property management. I would say I am very well rounded.

Real Estate Goals

At the current moment I am interested in focusing on creative real estate investing techniques. My goals would include being able to provide quality, below market value properties to rehabbers,landlords, wholesalers, and anyone else looking for good investments.

I am seeking to build relationships with private money lenders, rehabbers, wholesalers, landlords, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and just plain ole good natured people.
