Started rehabbing houses almost thirty years ago, and have continued finding, renovating, and selling properties part time since then, in addition to running a commercial general contracting company. Having this general contracting experience is an invaluable benefit and resource for controlling the logistics of each renovation, and for getting our projects done right, on time and on budget.

Complete at least 10 fix-and-flips next year, and grow my real estate investment business steadily from there until it becomes my full-time career. Would also like to start doing more wholesale deals.

Good deals on properties in Prince William, Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, and Loudoun County, Virginia as well as Washington, DC and Maryland.
