I am a Big 4 Real Estate Division Tax consultant. I am currently working at an investment advisory firm in charge of their tax department for ultra-high net worth clients.

Real Estate Experience

5+ years at EY (Big 4 accounting firm) within the southeast real estate division. Worked directly with IFG executive management and AIMCO executive management during entire tenure. Purchased 6 college student housing condos with 0 money down. Purchased a personal residence, moved & rented it out and purchased a second home utilizing a lease w/option to purchase and have since moved out of that and rented it out.

Real Estate Goals

To apply my tax and upper executive management knowledge to manage a large real estate investment fund that operates class A apartment communities in mature and high growth suburban cities.
