I started out rehabbing two years ago part time and have since completely gutted and remodeled two homes in Northern, NJ. Due to market conditions and not being able to get what I wanted for the homes I have since rented them out to two families.

After being laid off from my corporate job due to outsourcing I have since started working as a project manager for my contractor who completed one of those remodels for me.

I'm now working with 2 investors who are interested in rehabbing properties strictly for resale as well as managing other projects and obtaining more work for the company.

My true passion though is fully renovating homes in desperate need of repair. The creative process, planning and managing of these projects is truly what I love to do.

I've built a solid real estate team from my mortgage rep, real estate agent, contracting connections, lumber houses, distribution centers and everything in between but now I'm looking to expand.

My goal is to work with more investors helping them find great deals or managing the ones from start to finish that they just don't have time for. I have all the pieces in place now and want to expand further to larger projects.

My personal background in building and design to all the great contacts I have now developed working in my current company would be a tremendous asset to any investor.

Investors to fund future rehab/flip projects in Northern, NJ. We will bring the deals to you. The team is in place and now we just need a financial partner or multiple partners who we can work with on multiple projects.

Currently we have 2 investors on board and are looking for single family residential investments for them but want to expand.

We also work with a very large property management company and maintain 3 of their high rise buildings and have completed many projects for them. Our interests lie not just in residential but also commercial properties.
