My gifts lie in entrepreneurship, I started with my first venture in the six grade with my brother. We sold candy out of our lockers for a 70/30 profit margin. Ever since we have been erecting businesses together.

Currently, we seek value in real estate; all aspects. As of 2009, we have been financing real estate investors on the east coast (MD, NY, OH and PA). Ace Property Group is the name of our company. Our team seeks seasoned investors that are looking for properties in the 5k-20k range. For many investors, our model has mainly served as a lifeline for their portfolios expansion.

In other light, we are looking to take advantage of the buyers market in California over the next two years. We plan to grow our portfolio to 30 units by 2014.

Experience

I have been investing my time and money in real estate since 2009 at the age of 19. I invested all of my college rent money into Ace Property Group and watched it grow over the last 4 years.

Acquisition of SFH's is lucrative and exciting. Luckily, I was placed in a generation set for advantage in REI. A rentership society is on our brows and we are set for growth.
