Currently, we seek value in real estate; all aspects. As of 2009, we have been financing real estate investors on the east coast (MD, NY, OH and PA). Ace Property Group is the name of our company. Our team seeks seasoned investors that are looking for properties in the 5k-20k range. For many investors, our model has mainly served as a lifeline for their portfolios expansion.

In other light, we are looking to take advantage of the buyers market in California over the next two years. We plan to grow our portfolio to 30 units by 2014.
