In the past I have worked with some successful investors and I bought my first investment after reading Robert Allan's No Money Down in the late 80's. A bad car wreck put my aspirations on hold until the end of 2009. My son has recently passed his state test and we are looking to take an active role in real estate investing starting in WA state.
