In my own words...

Own Trading Places Realty in Milwaukee, Own my CPA firm (first love) and Stockbroker, and a Loan Originator. Now I started this REOmenders- premarket Property Prep I have no idea if it will take off but it sure seems to fit a need out there. I have been in the Milwaukee market since 1994 and a bit in the Phoenix market mostly as a listing selling broker and buyers agent. A related entity is a developer so I sell what she makes.
My client base is often the CPA clients so I cross-over services. I've had my own CPA firm since 1989. I am looking on this site for information as to the REOs and the pre-market property proceedures. Of course willing to help as a Broker as well. If I can help anyone with quick tax related issues, shoot me an email.
