I am VP of Business Development for an asset management company who manages and sells HUD and Bank REO properties for large portfolio holders.
I am currently spending most of my time with our web properties, www.bidselect.com, which faciliates listings and allows for offers to be placed directly on the site. I believe there is room for growth with this model in the foreclosure market as it streamlines the process for both parties.
