I have raised capital and formed over 20 land investment limited partnerships, managed a portfolio of single tenant industrial spaces and bought and rehabbed single family investment houses.

I have no ego. I am always willing to learn ways to improve what I already know or learn something completely new. My goal is to manage properties only for myself and then pass that management on to someone who will manage on my behalf.
