My main client was 2 Mobile home Parks in Fairplay. Over the past 5 years I expanded the Park by 25 spaces and remodeled 100 units.

In May 2010, My wife and I left Fairplay to move to the Denver metro.

and I bought 1 rental 3 years ago.
