I've been investing in real estate since 1999, primarily as a buy and hold investor. Something about building long term wealth resinates with me. I guess it dates back from the first time I played Monopoly and had a field day buying all those houses. Flash forward a few years and I still believe to this day that real estate continues to be the best wealth building vehicle on the road.

1) To make $12,000 per month in true passive income by purchasing well selected properties.
2) Buy and sell one property every two months with a $15,000 profit margin.
