I've been investing in real estate since 1999, primarily as a buy and hold investor. Something about building long term wealth resinates with me. I guess it dates back from the first time I played Monopoly and had a field day buying all those houses. Flash forward a few years and I still believe to this day that real estate continues to be the best wealth building vehicle on the road.

Experience

I've been investing since 1999. Most of the activity has been buy and hold for long term cash flow.

I have two partners and we will occasionally buy, fix, and resell a few properties a year.

Real Estate Goals

1) To make $12,000 per month in true passive income by purchasing well selected properties.

2) Buy and sell one property every two months with a $15,000 profit margin.
