By night/weekend I wholesale distressed properties in the Phoenix area. By day I'm a full time dental student at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ.
Experience
I've managed property and been the repair guy. I'm out there knocking doors right now to get experience.
Real Estate Goals
Short term I want to have a healthy wholesale business to support me and my family while attending dental school.
Long term I want to buy and hold SFR/Multi-unit properties at the rate of 1-2 properties per year. I plan on using this as my primary investment strategy as a dentist.
