My goal is to gain as much knowledge and experience in a variety of real estate sectors (foreclosures, short sales, probats, etc) while also building a strong network of experienced, reliable contacts. Eventually I would like to invest in real estate full time.

Currently Seeking

Any opportunities which will increase my knowledge and experience level in residential real estate investing. I am particularly interested in bird dogging for private investors. I am willing to evaluate properties, prepare a written review, work with contractors/suppliers on estimates, and give a recomendation on whether to buy or pass.
