Im married father of two boys. Looking to transition out of rough framing, decks, siding,roofs,etc. And start getting my feet wet with fixing/updating then sell. Right now trying to gain more knowledge of the larger scope of real estate. Now seems to be a good time as the market should be close to the bottom which means it can only get better.
