I have been a student and investor of the real estate game for a few years now. I specialize in wholesaling as of right now and I stay finding amazing deals. Some of the deals I sell the contract out right and some of them I hold onto a piece of the equity for passive income. Sometimes we come accross more properties than we can handle so if you feel we can make some moves get at me. Peace

Began working with a mentor birddogging, went to realtor school (which I would suggest to anyone starting out), tons of networking, meeting with people, etc.

To acquire 1200 units over the coarse of 5 years, each unit generating positive cash flow and oh yeah, lets get filthy rich!!!
