I have been immersed in real estate ever since separating from the Air Force, going on to earn my sales license and associates degree in real estate. I have experience in land surveying, loss mitigation, residential cost estimating, and I'm currently a Reservist finishing up my degree in construction sciences.

My goal now is to get my rehab investment business (and other ideas!) up and running. I look forward to meeting more of you and hope you'll contact me if you like my vision for investing, have any ideas or opportunities of your own you'd like to share, or just want to get in touch.

Experience

Began studying real estate in 2008 and got my sales license. Wanted to keep learning and finished my degree in real estate in the spring of 2011. I've worked as an intern for an investment company and held a temp job in loss mitigation. I'm a carpenter in the Air Force Reserves and recently worked as the cost estimator and assistant for a home building & remodeling company-

Real Estate Goals

My long term goal is to build my company into a full-time, high-volume, green rehab company. I plan to do this by teaming up with others who share my vision of turning ugly homes into attractive and energy efficient homes.
