Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to take this opportunity to explain what my position holds and how I can assist you, whether you are a small investor or large investor. I am a Real Estate Investor/Consultant. I have been working in Real Estate since 1990. Presently I work with a large Global Institution. The legal rep and the seller have been doing business over 23 years. The Institution buys out the smaller and larger banks. We are very well known in the business. We have many types of instruments available. We have exclusive Non-Performing Notes, Commercial/Residential. Our CMO's are in inventory, we own them, excellent paper AAA rated. We have a Dept dedicated solely to providing BG's. We also sell Treasury Notes, CD's, CDO's, Bonds, Bills, We will be receiving in the month of October 08 Performing Notes as well as REO product. The Buyer will be able to go into the file to pick and choose what he/she would like to purchase. We have a very simple process. The Buyer will be speaking directly with the Institution. We are confident of our product and can get the buyer the best discount due to our size and ability. Contact my office to get the process started.

Real Estate Experience

I started investing in a SFR which I bought for my private usage. I bought the property from another investor on contract. I wrote my own contract. I owner-financied my first deal with no money down. I lived in that home many years. It was a brick 3bdrm 1bath ranch style home with 3 lots. The home I am now living in is an investment as well. I also purchased this home on a contract and now I have 3bdrm 1 bath ranch with full basement. I live on 3 acres with a spring/well. I am involved with a large Global Institution that sell many different instruments, Non-Performing Notes, Performing Notes, REO Product, CMO's, BG's, CD's, CDO's, PPP's, Treasury Notes. I work with many investors who purchase in bulk through my business relationship with the legal rep and institution. The process is simple, and you would need 5M to start with. I am looking for other investors to purchase these different instruments through myself/insttitution.

Real Estate Goals

My plan is now that the market is favorable to investors in regards to many different types of instruments. I plan on to be diverse in my investments. Whether it be Non-Performing Notes, or REO, or possibly look into CMO type instruments. I plan to buy/hold some properties, and rehab/flip others.

Currently Seeking

Investors looking to purchase in Bulk REO, Performing and Non-Performing Notes. I work with Investment Firms, banks, private sellers, institutions, legal mandates, seller's rep's, local and regional banks, that provide these types of assets.
