Currently Seeking

Private funding to purchase and rehab a residential property that is priced at $20,000. The cost of rehab is estimated at $55,000 and the ARV is $150,000. This my first deal and I have 9 others to hopefully move on. My problem is finding a private lender that will lend based on the ARV of the property and not my personal credit. I am positve that if I can get this first deal I will be well on my way.
