My husband and I have been investors in New Zealand since 2003 and have been investing in US investing since May 2009. We have since bought 10 REO and foreclosures and have rehabbed all the properties we bought and all of them are rented out. We will continue to buy until we reach 30.

Experience

Been investing in buy and holds, and flips of residential properties, section and semi-commercials back here in New Zealand since 2003. Total would be around 12 deals.

Since May 2009, we started investing in the US by buying foreclosures and REOs.

We also invest in Tax Liens and Deeds, primarily in Florida.

Real Estate Goals

We would like to flip 3 of our rehabbed properties immediately, while holding the others. We would like to flip at least 10 more properties in the next 3 months, before X'mas 2009.
