I do not label myself as a rehabber, wholesaler, or a landlord. I just figure out a way how to profit off every lead that I get.

Real Estate Goals

My main goal in real estate is to be very good at putting deals together. To be what some gurus refer to as a "Transaction Engineer".

Taking a bad situation, then finding the good in it and making it work is very rewarding to me.

Eventually, I going to own 100 20+ unit apartment buildings, that all cashflow positively.

Then I will teach my children how to do the same thing.

Currently Seeking

Im seeking people I can network and "talk shop" with. Anything else is gravy.
