Work and live in bay area for almost 10 years now, after working as programmer for almost 9 years, I'm looking for a change. I'm actively picking up real estate knowledge hopefully I can build up a full time fix and sell business in next few years.

Experience

Bought a fixer upper a few years ago and did a lot of improvement projects and learned a lot.

Recently got Realtor licensee but I'll mainly keep it for my own use - I know I'm not a agent guy. :-)

Real Estate Goals

To finish 2 fixer-upper by end of 2010.
To finish 4-6 fixer-upper in 2011.
To learn trustee sale.
To learn more creative financing options.
