I have a background in general construction, starting in the field at 17. Because of the up & downs in this field I have been in and out of it over the years.
After doing quite a bit of remodeling for other investors & seeing them make handsome profits, I decided to start into RE investing back in 2007.
I formed my business with a partner in 08 called Riteway Homes LLC..
Due to some set backs we put the business on hold. After my partner moved out of state, I relaunched the business on my own Jan 2011. I am looking forward to forming some great relationships with others in the REI field, And to help those in need of Riteways services.

Experience

07-08 teamed up with seasoned investor in VA.
Worked on several deals, provided construction bids.
Oct. 08 Formed Riteway Homes with partner in MO. But had problems with partner & closed business.
Jan 2011 Relaunched Riteway without partner
building relationships & clients

Real Estate Goals

first year I would like to get off the starter blocks, have completer min 10 deals for the year.
Second year on to branch into commercial residential, business properties.
Goal to earn 1 Million + & to have a diverse portfolio of SFH, Multi family, Commercial rentals
