I am currently 13 years into a 20 year military career. My goal is to gradually transition into a full time real estate investor. I bought my first deal in a short sale. My goals are to continue learning and have a networth of over a million dollars by the time I retire from the military.

To sell my current condo in HI and reinvest using 1030 to at least a duplex.

Long term: To have a nest egg of 2.5 m and over 5m in property networth within the next six years.

Currently Seeking

I will be moving to Italy at the end of the year for the 3 years. I'm seeking a new appraisal to see what the condo is worth and do a quick DIY makeover of the bathroom to analyze the potential of selling. If selling will not produce the desired income we will rent the property out until the market is more suitable for selling.
