Have been interested in Real Estate investing for many years. Currently setting up an LLC to buy, fix, flip, hold, lease and sell Real Estate for a profit.

Experience
Two classes taken and hundreds of hours devoted to learning research techniques to find distressed properties and situation.
Almost had someone for a flip but they lost their Job and therfore did not qualify anymore.
