After a career with Dept. of HUD, I was a loan officer with several lenders. I got into real estate investing and was able to rehab and flip about 6 houses before the downturn in the market.
I am now involved in Wholesaling and Rehabbing. Presently marketing 3 of my properties and negotiating 4 contracts for wholesale.
