Besides purchasing my own home I have never made any other deals.I have studied a few courses such as Real Estate License Certificate Courses (I am Not a AGENT though)

I am trying to put everything together to get some deals on the table and money in my pocket. Help me out BIGGER POCKET players!!!

In general :
To make Atleast $15-$20,000 a year with Real Estate.
1. Buy one fixer upper a year and profit atleast $10,000 total after all expenses from fixing and flipping the property.

2. Buy atleast one rental property that has positive cash flow every year.

3.Work looking for sellers and buyers and wholesale.

4. LEARN AS MUCH AS I CAN

5.Have atleast a million dollars in assets within the next 15 years.

Those who would share information and advice so that I can acquire the knowledge and skills to compete with others in the RE game .
