I'm originally from Queens in New York City. I'm the proud mother of an energetic 2 year old little girl named Rayne Janai. I've always had an interest in Real Estate but I've just recently made the decision to use Real Estate to improve life for myself and my child.

I am new to investing.My focus is Wholesaling/Contract Assignment. I have always learned through action and am learning something new everyday.

Real Estate Goals

My current goals are to:
1. Complete my 1st assignment.
2. Complete at least 4 deals every month.
3. Purchase and rent out my own properties.
4. Quit my day job and invest full time
