I am a CA. licensed general contractor with 30 years experience in remodel, rehab of commercial and residential structures. I own single and multifamily rentals. I am currently working on building a portfolio of Multifamily apartment buildings.
I am looking to work with like minded people to build that portfolio and portfolios for other investors. This market is presenting some unique opportunities that were not available before. My background is well suited to these opportunities and I am working towards taking advantage of these opportunities.

I have 30 years of experience as a licensed general contractor. Over the years I have purchased, rehabbed and sold many homes. Lately I have turned my attention to multifamily.

to build a long term, perpetual income through investing in multifamily housing. I enjoy working with others and look forward to helping people build their portfolios. I would also like to build an income that could be set up to ongoing donations to charitable organizations.
