buy and flip, wholesale, accumulate some multi-family properties for long-term cash-flow..
I am working with an investor buying properties owned by Bank of America...he wants Single Family homes with market value of $500k-$5M, I'm sure it won't last forever, but bring your upside down, short-sales, pre-foreclosures, to me and within 3 days I will know if he is interested. After he wants to move forward, he will open escrow and close within 2 weeks! As the agent, you get paid 7% of the market value of the property...call or email me.

We want single family, properties that have about $100k of equity between the buy price and ARV. We are fix and flippers, I have multiple investors that buy deals from me, usually under $500k is best. We prefer non-MLS, We love pre-foreclosures, divorce sales, quick sales, short-sales, We love quick Cash deals.. If it was listed, we expect to pay considerably less than what the list price is.
