Owned and managed 3 rental properties. Two were personal residences that I converted to rentals when I moved out. The one I own now was puchased as an investment.


Real Estate Goals

Three primary goals:
1 earn sufficient income to replace my corporate salary
2 build enough wealth to be able to enjoy a comfortable retirement
3 build enough wealth and residual income that I can bless others in need
