I have done a few real estate - total rehab and sells back during the RE boom 2005-2006.
I work on homes for a living so I understand inside/out what it takes / costs to get it done right.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to own real estate and for it to provide my family with a great passive income in 10 years from now.In the meantime I want to find/fix and flip homes for cash as well as purchase/hold/rent 1 home/year for next 10 years.
