My at-the-time boyfriend urged me to learn about his passion, real estate, by picking up some 'easy reads' (Kiyosaki) and attending real estate seminars back in early 2006.
We did two deals - one of which was a 3-month rehab before the end of 2007 (a very lucrative deal!) The money from the rehab allowed us to not work for a full year and spend our time marketing for more deals. We learned a lot of what to do's and a lot of what not to do's.
Well, that at-the-time boyfriend is now my husband. I am currently a Realtor with Kaizen Realty and work with investor leads, as well as owner occupant leads. My husband and I area also investors.
Find and connect with investors looking for quality investment properties with positive cash flow. I am also working diligently on developing and grow my business as an agent, and grow my investment portfolio. First and foremost it's important to me to create quality, win-win situations and relationships with everyone I do business with.
Honest and dependable professionals who are employed in the real estate field. R/E investors. Those in the market who could be a source of lead referrals (buyers & sellers) in exchange for business referrals or repeat business from us personally. Individuals with "dead money" that they would like to use to receive good returns backed by real estate. Any additional tips for finding motivated sellers that I could add to our current operations.
