I am a licensed Real Estate agent. I have been investing in REal estate in Ca. since 1977. I have performed 1031 exchanges on both residiential and commercial properties. I worked in the mortgage industry long enough to have an understanding of the inner workings. I am Vice President of The Shiloh Group We are intermediaries for Bulk Reo portfolios, CMO's and Notes.We are direct for bulk Reo product from $1M to $20m. I am also President of Teen Save Cove which is the first state licensed group home for parenting teens and their babies/toddlers that are wards of the courts and/or counties of the state of Ca. please visit our website www.TeenSaveCove.org.
