I am a Foreclosure Counselor and very active in the modification, debt settlement, and short sale community. I am looking to network with other realtors, mortgage brokers, and investors and pay you to work part time with your own clients and network.

Experience

I was raised in a FLIP THIS HOUSE-hold. My father was a mortgage broker and began training me as a child. We started flipping houses in 1995 and I was his "right hand kid" in all of the investor duties from bird dogging to HUD auctions to rehabbing and flipping. We held on to some and I've always managed P&L, and property management for Spanish speakers, since I was the only one in the family that bothered to learn.

I have worked on every side of Real Estate. Escrow Office. Credit Union back offices. Real Estate offices. Executive Assistant. Loan Processing. Loan Originating. Investor clients. Hard Money. Commerical Mortgage Brokerage Executive Assistant. Managing a Department and over 5000 Foreclosures at the corporate office of a nationwide Lender.

I achieved my Bachelor's degree in Counseling in 2003 and began counseling default clients one-on-one the beginning of this year. If they can't afford their home anymore and the bank refuses to work something out they can afford, I sell the home.
