I have been buying and selling antiques and collectibles all my life. I am good with numbers and love the idea of upgrading my current experience and buying and selling property. I have gotten to a point in life where I feel Real Estate is the path I want to take. I enjoy the challenges and rewards that will come with them. I'm not afraid of hard work / or asking for help. I never want to stop learning and I have taken many of the courses out there but just never jumped in. I feel with the economy and housing market the way it is now, that now is the time so I am jumping in with both feet. I want to thank everyone who has and will help me along the way in this venture. Ultimately I am looking for a friend / mentor or mentors. I am tired of paying for a course to only try and be upsold to another level or course. I don't mind paying for education but to pay for an answer and be told I need to pay more to get the ? is not what I want to do. I have read many reviews and forum post of BP and feel I need to be here to help in my advancement and if I have anything to offer I am more than willing. So any investors in my area I would enjoy hearing from you. I have 2 children and I am getting into real estate for them. I want to do all aspects of RE Investing especially buying and flipping REOs but also want to buy and hold for cash flow and so I can give each one of my children a home when they turn 18. I hope I can pass on my knowledge to them as well. I thank everyone for being a part of a community dedicated to helping others better themselves.

Experience

Currently I am just starting out. I have read and studied tons of courses and books etc. I have sub contractors in place, I have a RE attorney in place, I have a team of realtors for different areas in place. So I have my " team " ready except still looking for a good title company and a good cpa familiar with the tax laws and benefits to help finish off my team. All that said I would love to find a hands on mentor with experience to help in deals and to learn from. Now I need Some true HML and PML's to get my offers placed and deals started.

Real Estate Goals

My goals are to Get Started and Learn as much as possible along the way. Overall I would like to purchase and sell 6 properties by the end of 2010, more would be great. Next year I would like to buy and flip an average of 2 deals a month plus purchase 3-4 cash flow properties. Ultimately I would like to buy my own home again, I would like to purchase 2 homes , one for each of my children that I will give them when they turn 18. In the end I want to Solve many homeowners and banks problems while creating wealth and time for my family and I.

Currently Seeking

I am seeking local investors especially any with alot of deals to help mentor me. Other than that I still need to get a Proof of Funds letter, Some Hard Money Lenders, and Private money investors. More sub contractors are also welcome. In closing I really want to surround myself with like minded people in all parts of investing to help keep motivation and education growing.
