Get business up and running. Get a team of needed Persons together.Build my Investors/Buyers list. Network, Get myself out there let people know who I am. Learn as much as I can, put it to work. Get my first deal done.

Investors,Buyers, Rehabbers for San Joaquin/Sacramento County and surrounding areas.Who are willing to help/partner with a newbie. Any and all information / help would be appreciated.

Buyers, if you just don't have the time to find what your looking for.Let me help I'll find it for you I will even get it under signed Contract to Purchase then assign contract to you.You provide the funds and show up at closing.

Thank you very much for your comment to me. I have enjoyed BiggerPockets this far a lot to learn from it. I'm determined to make it in REI one way or another, tired of being told I can't. Right now looking for Investor/buyers interested in purchasing property in my area. Only way for me to go at this point. My credit ok just no funds. I'll find what you want for a finders fee or wholesale to buyer. Just need that one break like most to get going. Please PM me if this might work for you or anyone else you might know.
