Interested in building a buy and hold real estate business. I currently own only one unit. My goal is to build supplemental income to my work as a residential Realtor and eventually quit the Realtor business. Also looking forward to training my young son how to make an asset work for you!
Experience
I have owned non-profitable rentals at 2 times in my life. I'm a residential Realtor for 6 years who makes a good living doing that (still !).
Real Estate Goals
Goal is to own as many residential units as I can. Want to buy at least 20 bedrooms this year.
