Wife, mother, artist, designer, decorator, creative wonder. I've been studying real estate investment for a few years... longer than I care to admit. While raising a family, I have been diligently working on positioning myself to be able to invest and create a legacy of income producing properties to provide for my family for years to come. I'm open to creative finance and networking with others to share knowledge and experiences. My thinking is that wealth/money is infinite, like air. Theres plenty to go around so lets all help eachother breathe a little easier.
Experience
Other than owning two personal residences I cant say that I have invested in real estate, YET! I have been studying RE and finance for years and feel very confident in my knowledge and instinct.
Real Estate Goals
It is my ultimate goal to obtain and rehab properties to be universally accesible to the infirm and disabled and the families that care for them. To make homes that are not only functional but aesthetically appealing as well. In the meantime, I work in mmany creative capacities, but specifically in the real estate market; I am working with sellers to stage their homes to be shown in the best possible light and bring the best possible price.
Currently Seeking
The right people, the right deal, the right time!
Currently I am getting my personal residence ready to be shown to sell so that I can take advantage of this market and move my family in to a more spacious home.
