CPA (Certified Public Accountant) who has made a career shift to a more profitable profession, in light of economic circumstances. I work in Chicago, IL, area, looking for properties to wholesale, fix and flip, and to rent out as a landlord. I plan to network with as many professionals that I can. I have a strong desire to help people in distress and educate them on the options they do have in order to prevent a severe hit to thier credit score, which will allow them to enjoy some financial benefit in future years when the economy does rebound.

Homeowner for 30 years. I can repair simpler projects on my own. I am part of a mentoring group that will help guide me through deals that I encounter, so I eagerly will pursue properties that look profitable.
