I am a true capitalist (100%). I truly believe in the American way of life and I am truly grateful for the pioneers that put their lives on the line for such a system. Is it perfect "no" but in my opinion its the best this earth has to offer. Anyway, I've been an entrepreneur since childhood and over the years I've realized two important facts about business. The first; most people will pay for what they need. Secondly; these people will pay for it month after month for a life time. And there are three basic needs Food, Clothing and Shelter. Therefore business owners and professionals that provide any one of these useful services has aligned themselves up to be and stay wealthy. Out of the three basic needs, I chose housing as the service I will offer to the public. Particularly apartment complexes because I live by another philosophy "one is to close to zero". My hope is to share with, learn from and partner with the investors of the BP community. Thanks this community is the best. Stanley Brown

Experience

Over the last year I've been doing a lot of studying on the subject of investing in apartment complexes and researching the market I'm living in. Although I have a lot more learning to do I have enough knowledge of apartment investing and marketing in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth markets to move on to the next level. And that is to help investors that want to invest in this STRONG and GROWING market, find properties that meet their investing criteria.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to become a part of a strong team of commercial real estate investors/ professionals nationwide. Partner with them to acquire large apartment complexes across this country creating multiple large streams of incomes for us all. The position that I'm prepared to fill is property scout (birddogging) in the DFW metroplex. If anyone is looking for a dedicated loyal and hard working property scout to locate properties that fit your investment criteria I am the man. Short sales, asign contracts and hold long term investments.
