Hello, My name is Paul Theriault. I'm 39 years old. I have an awesome 11 year old daughter. I love to spend time with my daughter, golf, hunt, fish, canoe, 4 wheel, and spend time with my girlfriend. I have a four year degree in Marketing and business management which has helped me alot with my career. I've been a real estate investor since 1997. During the month of February 2007 I ordered Carleton Sheet's course on buying real estate with no money down and within a month I had my first closing on a 10 unit building. I then continued to buy and rent and within 6 months I had over 30 units and was invited to appear on Carleton Sheet's infomercial. The infomercial aired for about 7 years almost every night. I became a really popular guy in my hometown. People would call me with deals all the time. I did extremely well for the next few years and ended up with just under 200 units. Along with buying and holding I also flipped a bunch of properties doing really well. I've flipped 7 properties in one year. The other years have always been one or two but flipping has always been good for me. Besides real estate I love to invest in the stock market. I also own a couple cleaning businesses. My goal is to do some wholesaling and hopefully learn how to do alot of it on autopilot using the internet. I think I don't have any problems finding deals but I have alot to learn as far as finding buyers. I'd appreciate help in that area. Thanks for reading!

Experience

I have about 100 units right now in both Canada and in the state of Maine. I actually live right on the Canadian border making it easy to invest in two countrys:)
I have had 188 units at one time but over the past couple years I sold almost half. I have flipped abunch of homes and I've done extremely well with that. 7 properties in one year:)

Real Estate Goals

Right now I'm trying to learn about wholesaling and would appreciate information about that. Thanks for reading! I'd love to have a system to where alot of it would be on autopilot using the internet and phone systems to funnel out the deals that most probably wouldn't qualify.
