Real Estate Goals

Wholesale Single Family Homes, Buying Foreclosures and REOs. To buy properties "Subject To" and hold them for several years, until that magical time comes to sell!~ Also buying REO's to retail or wholesale.

Also, once I gain some experience, I would like to "pay it forward" and assist homeowners whose homes went into foreclosure, so that they can restart their lives, by giving back a portion of the profits made on their property (50/50 equity split). Of course, this may be idealistic, but I feel strongly about helping others.
