In my own words...
I started out with duplexes and moved up to owning the Seligman Route 66 KOA. I want to sell this and move up to apartment complexes. I did my deals in Florida and am looking to move back to that area.
Real Estate Experience
I have owned duplexes and sfh's. I sold these at near the top of the real estate bubble. I then bought a campground rehabbed it and still currently own it. It is for sale now.
Real Estate Goals
I want to learn about commercial real estate, then go out and buy some!
