I'm a SF Bay Area real estate investor. I love CA. I have a beautiful wife and 3 amazing kids. I have lots of hobbies and interests. But my favorite is just going to the beach with my family. I'm building a team of other investors who want to share ideas and help each other with deals. I have years of experience and I'm happy to help anyone who needs it. My primary business is wholesaling and lease options and I'm always looking for new buyers in my area.

Experience

I started my venture into real estate at 19 when the refinance boom was huge as a mortgage loan officer. I learned a great amount about the traditional way of buying and selling houses. When I was 25 I was introduced to the idea of flipping properties. It wasn't until a few years later I actually began to give it a try.

Real Estate Goals

Building a great team of investors to work with on a regular basis. As well as teaching those who are new how to get started in this business and get their first check.
