In my own words...

I am a partner with The Feol-Hinricher Companies, a real estate consulting firm, in Memphis, TN. We educate in and out of state investors on how to buy single family homes with no money down, a healthy equity position and positive monthly cash flow.

Real Estate Experience

I worked for a local property management company in town for a year after leaving "Corporate America". I then began overseeing construction jobs for investors, as well as, wholesaling some homes on the side. After six months of general contracting and selling homes as an individual entrepreneur, I decided to partner with Robert Feol and Ryan Hinricher at The Feol-Hinricher Companies.
